Instructions for Submitting Materials


To submit short announcements or news items you may just include the information in an e-mail to me Chris Fox at cfox59@yahoo.com . Do Not submit large documents by copying and pasting into an e-mail. If you do, all your formatting will be lost and everything will run together, leaving me to figure it all out.

To submit larger documents (fliers for fundraisers or meet information sheets) you may compose them in Microsoft Word and then attach that file to an e-mail to me Chris Fox at cfox59@yahoo.com . Please do not use any unusual fonts! Stick with Times New Roman, Times, Ariel, Helvetica, or Courier. These fonts will convert into a web page easily.

To submit scores please use one of the two methods descibed on these information sheets. I have put these instructions on seperate pages so you can print them out easily for reference.

To submit digital pictures I would appreciate it if you would name the picture files for ease of identification. ie: level7awards.jpg or SuzieQ.jpg. Then just attach the photos to an e-mail to me Chris Fox at cfox59@yahoo.com . In your e-mail please give me suggested captions for your photos.

If you have digital photos available on-line just e-mail me with instructions on how to get to them and which you would like me to use.

If you have prints, I have some time to scan a few at a time. Please select a few rather than give me a whole stack (thanks). Please supply captions for these by writing on the back of the photos or write them on a seperate sheet with reference numbers on the back of the photos. Please put your name on the photos so I can get them back to you and give me contact info for you (e-mail or phone #) in case I have a question. Put your photos in my daughter's mail pocket at the gym.
