General Information
When: April 5 & 6, 2003 (exact times to be determined)
* 3 sessions of Juniors on Saturday
* 3 sessions of Seniors on Sunday
Meet Fee $65 per athlete (All awards and gifts are included in this fee. This includes t-shirt, squad awards, individual awards and certificates provided by Region VII USAG and an athlete gift for every competitor from Paragon Gymnastics of Virginia.)
$5 fee at the door for all spectators 16 and over.

Hotel Information
The Holiday Inn Select, located just off I-95 at Central Park, is the Host Hotel. We have reserved a block of rooms and mention Paragon Gymnastics for a discounted rate
There are several other quality hotels within three miles of the gym.
Holiday Inn Select - (540) 786-8321 The host hotel is the Holiday Inn Select
located just off the exit to the gym (you will see it on the right as you exit
I-95). This is a refurbished facility and features restaurants, night club and
exercise room. Located in the Central Park shopping district.
* Rooms are being held until March 20th.

* There will be a hospitality room for coaches and judges on Saturday night.
Please join us for some informal 'discussions'.

Please arrive at the meet site 10 minutes prior to your scheduled open stretch. Wera your team leotard and warm up suit. Optional gymnasts should wear their warm up leotards for warm ups. Have your hair neatly combed, curled, braided, etc.
