| Note #1: Coaches, Please note that the Novice Optionals and the Level 7's for Session#1 will be in separate squads. If you have both Novices and Level 7's in this session you will need more than one coach. | |

Please arrive at the meet site 10 minutes prior to your scheduled open stretch. Wera your team leotard and warm up suit. Optional gymnasts should wear their warm up leotards for warm ups. Have your hair neatly combed, curled, braided, etc.
