Directions:

From Route 22: Take the 7th Street exit toward Center City Allentown, follow 7th Street until Walnut Street (first street past monument), turn left on to Walnut Street, make a right hand turn on to 4th Street, follow until stop sign, the gym is in front on you, bear to the left, parking lot is on far side of gym.

From Route 309 North: take Route 145 exit to Center City, Allentown, this will become 4th Street and you will be on it for several miles. At intersection 4th and Union (blue water tower to your right), turn left at the traffic light, the gym is one and half blocks in on your right.

From Route 309 Southbound: exit at Route 22 east toward Allentown, follow directions from Route 22 above.

From 78 East: Cross into Pennsylvania and continue on 78 West,pass Hellertown exit and watch for the signs for Allentown Business District/145 North, just past the Blue Water Tower, which will be on your right, turn left on to 3rd and Union and the gym will be on your right hand side.
