From PA Turnpike: Take PA Turnpike to Exit 16 Carlisle. Follow US-11 North (yes, North) towards I-81/Carlisle/Harrisburg.
Take I-81 South towards Carlisle to Exit 16. At the bottom of the exit ramp turn left. At the first light turn right onto Fairview Street.
Stay on Fairview until it ends and turn right onto Petersburg Road.
You will pass the Carlisle Airport on your left. The Gym is on the right just after the airport and before the Route 81 overpass.
